Imperator srl is a company that imports raw coffee based in Trieste, the first Italian port in the coffee trade and one of the largest in Europe. Thanks to an experience of over half a century, gained over three generations, we are able to meet the demands of roasting customers with a first choice and constantly evolving offer. Purity, taste and selection characterize our offer, which over time has been enriched with a large range of certified products (Organic, Fairtrade and UTZ) and special coffees.
Each step is taken care of with the utmost attention: the purchased batches are subjected to rigorous quality controls from a physical and organoleptic point of view; the traceability of batches is monitored until their arrival at their destination in the port of Trieste and, recently, also implemented by DNA analysis on specific batches. The guarantee of a first choice product and a careful analysis of the market allows us to ensure quality and to respond to and anticipate the new trends of a dynamic market such as that of coffee.

The school offers in-depth courses on all aspects of the world of coffee: botany, roasting, tasting, preparation of espresso and filter extractions. Aimed at companies and professionals in the sector, coffee lovers and simply curious, the school wants to spread the culture of quality coffee.

Why "Bloom"?

The term "bloom" recalls "flowering" and indicates the beginning of something new, a real renaissance of coffee, which is the common thread of the school. It
perfectly represents the moment we are living in our sector.

Certifications

The courses offered are those foreseen in the Coffee Skills Program of SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) with relative certifications and those of the Italian Caffetteria, with the best national and international trainers in the sector.
Bloom Coffee School also boasts recognition by SCA as the Premier Training Campus, an international reference point for training.
The Specialty Coffee Association is the world's most authoritative association for the promotion of excellence in the world of coffee.
