UK REACH is coming to be effective on 1 January 2021. The new regulation set registration obligation for companies who have a chemical business in Great Britain.

Under some circumstance, there're grandfathering rule by 30 April 2021 and Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) by 27 October 2021 to relief the registration pressure and provides a transitional period of 2, 4 or 6 years of 28 October 2021.
