Our company was established in 1992 in the Silifke district of Mersin, Turkey. Founded by three brothers — Veterinarian Atilla OZER, Agricultural Engineer Ozay OZER, and Civil Engineer Ozgur OZER — the company has grown from a local enterprise into a multi-sector business spanning agriculture, food production, veterinary services, chemical fertilizers, and construction contracting. In 2006, our company expanded into the food sector by establishing an olive oil production facility in Silifke, Mersin. This strategic move into food production leveraged the region's rich olive growing traditions and abundant olive cultivation. The facility was designed to help local olive producers achieve better value for their harvests through modern, efficient extraction and processing methods.
In 2007, the company acquired land in the Silifke Organized Industrial Zone and began project planning for a second, larger olive oil factory and a dedicated packaging facility. This expansion, initiated in 2008, represents the company's long-term vision for growth in the olive oil sector. The new packaging facility is designed to enable increased market presence in the domestic market and to open channels for international export. The investment reflects confidence in the growing global demand for high-quality Turkish olive oil.

Cattle Farming and Dairy Operations (1993-1997)
Between 1993 and 1997, our company operated a significant cattle farming facility with a herd of 300 head of cattle, along with an associated milk collection center. This operation represented one of our earliest and most ambitious business ventures, providing valuable hands-on experience in large-scale livestock management, dairy processing, and agricultural supply chain logistics. Although we have since restructured this operation, the knowledge and relationships developed during this period continue to inform our veterinary and agricultural consulting services.
Animal Health Products and Pharmaceuticals
Since our establishment, we have been engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of animal feed raw materials, concentrated animal feed, veterinary medicines, and animal health products. Our product portfolio includes vaccines, antibiotics, anti-parasitic treatments, vitamins and mineral supplements, and specialized feed additives. Contracting and Construction Services
The contracting division of our company was initially established to manage the construction needs of our own business operations. Up until 2007, we handled all construction projects for our own facilities internally, including warehouse buildings, office spaces, and production facility structures. This in-house experience provided valuable construction expertise and project management capabilities.
In 2007, with the addition of civil engineer Ozgur OZER as a company partner, the contracting division was formally expanded to offer services to external clients. The expanded division now provides a comprehensive range of construction services including land acquisition and development, build-transfer (kat karsiligi) construction agreements, architectural design and planning, structural engineering and project design, building permit and regulatory compliance, and general contracting services. Our construction projects benefit from the same commitment to quality and reliability that defines our other business sectors.
