Russia's coffee import regulations are administered through the Eurasian Economic Union customs framework. Import duties range from 5% to 10% on green coffee and 10-20% on roasted and instant coffee. Rospotrebnadzor enforces food safety standards including maximum levels for ochratoxin A and pesticide residues. Importers must obtain certification through the EAC system, requiring testing at accredited laboratories. Country-of-origin labeling requirements and traceability documentation are mandatory throughout the supply chain.
