Analytical/sensory laboratory: incoming goods/production-related examinations (sieve analyses, residual moisture, sand content, color, etc.)

Microbiological laboratory: incoming goods / production-related tests (total bacterial count, yeast & mold, enterobacter, e-coli, coliforms, etc.), salmonella monitoring as part of all incoming goods based on an accredited quick test
