Established in 1954, Alarko Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., operating in the fields of heating, cooling, ventilation, and water pressurization, entered into an equal partnership with Carrier, the world leader in its field, in 1998, and the company's name was changed to Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Alarko Carrier, which renews its technology and increases its access to foreign markets and competitiveness, has its main industrial activities in the areas of: research and development, production, trade and marketing; marketing and sales, engineering and project services, system sales, export, representation, and import.

Alarko Carrier moved to its new complex established on an area of 60,000 m² in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (GOSB) in October 2000, along with its general management, branches, and two factories in Istanbul.
